Blended Learning for Faculty Development
Many residency faculty lack formal training in instructional strategies and assessment methods. My team designed a self-paced online certificate program to address those knowledge gaps. The program includes 14 Storyline modules with real-world scenarios and mentorship videos while enhancing learning with personalized assessment and feedback.

Inclusive Leadership Training
This leadership development e-learning program provided a flexible and engaging learning experience for underrepresented in medicine faculty. By integrating real-world advice, reflective activities, and microlearning strategies, the program contributed to measurable growth in learner confidence regarding leadership skills and career advancement.

Compliance Training for HR Professionals
Effective training is critical to minimize compliance risks and protect your organization's reputation. The course, built in Articulate Storyline, helped HR professionals identify, classify, and handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII) responsibly while adhering to regulations and company policies.
